The following price ranges apply to Burntune's current programme offerings. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Burntune reserves the right to revise pricing at any time; changes will not affect enrolments already confirmed and paid.

Enrolment in a Burntune programme is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the first instalment payment, as applicable to your chosen payment option. Burntune offers the following payment structures:
All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made through the authorised payment methods available on our platform. Where an instalment or subscription plan is selected, failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access at Burntune's discretion.
Upon confirmed enrolment, you will be granted access to the programme content, including pre-recorded materials, live group sessions, and any scheduled one-on-one sessions, for the duration of the bootcamp only.
Access is not perpetual. Once the programme period concludes, your access to the course platform, materials, and session recordings (if made available) will expire. No extension of access is guaranteed beyond the programme duration unless Burntune expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Burntune reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust programme content, scheduling, and session formats at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to enrolled students in advance.
Depending on the programme you enrol in, your access may include live group sessions, individual one-on-one sessions, or both. The following conditions apply to all live sessions:
Burntune will make reasonable efforts to deliver all scheduled sessions. In the event a session is cancelled by Burntune, a replacement session will be offered where possible.
All content made available through Burntune programmes — including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written materials, worksheets, exercises, frameworks, teaching methodologies, and proprietary training methods developed by Burntune — is the exclusive intellectual property of Burntune Music and Media Pvt Ltd.
Burntune's teaching methods and pedagogical frameworks are original works developed through significant creative and intellectual investment. These methods are proprietary and confidential, and constitute valuable trade assets of the company.
Your enrolment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use Burntune's content solely for your own private learning during the programme duration. This licence does not permit you to:
Any unauthorised use of Burntune's intellectual property will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
Your Burntune account is strictly for your personal use only. Each enrolment covers a single individual. You may not share your login credentials, access link, or programme materials with any other person, whether for payment or free of charge.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Burntune immediately.
Sharing account access — whether intentional or negligent — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access at Burntune's sole discretion.
Burntune is a focused, professional learning environment. All students are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students in any group setting. The following conduct is not acceptable and may result in action by Burntune:
Burntune reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's access to any programme, at any time and at its sole discretion, where a violation of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. The circumstances, process, and consequences of any such action — including whether any refund is applicable — will be determined entirely by Burntune on a case-by-case basis.
Burntune is not obligated to provide advance notice prior to suspension or termination where it deems immediate action necessary to protect the integrity of the programme or the interests of other students.
Burntune is committed to delivering a high-quality, structured learning experience. However, musical progress is inherently personal and depends significantly on individual effort, consistent practice, prior experience, and engagement with the programme material.
Burntune makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. Completion of the programme does not assure any particular level of musical proficiency, professional readiness, or performance capability. Results will vary from student to student based on factors outside Burntune's control.
Testimonials and examples shared by Burntune reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical or guaranteed results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Burntune Music and Media Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your enrolment or use of our programmes, including but not limited to loss of time, loss of income, or failure to achieve desired learning outcomes.
Burntune's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Burntune for the programme in question.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
Burntune reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify enrolled students by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued participation in any programme following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct communication before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Queries and concerns may be directed to Burntune at burntuneofficial@gmail.com.
As part of the Burntune programme, students may be required or invited to submit video assignments capturing their playing, progress, or creative work ("Assignment Content"). By submitting any Assignment Content through Burntune's platform, communication channels, or any medium connected to the programme, you grant Burntune Music and Media Pvt Ltd a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute such Assignment Content for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes across any medium, including but not limited to social media, advertising campaigns, website content, and course materials.
This licence includes the right to feature your image, voice, name, and playing in any marketing or promotional material produced by Burntune, without any obligation to seek separate consent for each use.
Opt-Out Process: If you do not wish for your Assignment Content to be used in Burntune's marketing, you must send a written opt-out request to burntuneofficial@gmail.com clearly stating your name, the programme you are enrolled in, and your request to exclude your content from marketing use.
Your opt-out will only be formally acknowledged and actioned upon receipt of a written reply from Burntune confirming "Yes" to your request. An opt-out request that has not received this specific confirmation from Burntune does not constitute an accepted opt-out, regardless of when it was sent.
If you have not submitted a valid opt-out request that has been formally acknowledged by Burntune in the manner described above, you shall have no claim against Burntune for any use of your Assignment Content in marketing or promotional materials, including any content in which you are identifiable. By continuing to participate in the programme and submitting Assignment Content, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
